Esta casa de vacaciones es la vida interior y exterior de Palm Springs, con todas las habitaciones con puertas francesas que se abren al exterior. El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio de invitados se abren a la piscina privada de agua salada y al spa con una fogata para esas noches de invierno más frías. Hay muchos asientos, sombrillas, juguetes para la piscina, una barbacoa de gas, cenas al aire libre para 6 personas, iluminación interior y de acento e incluso una parte fresca y poco profunda de la piscina donde puede sentarse en sillas (bajo una sombrilla si lo desea) . Hay un nuevo sistema de nebulización y nebulización en la parte posterior (¡excelente en verano!), refrigerador de pantano, chimenea de gas en la sala de estar y toda la casa está conectada con un sistema de altavoces (frontal, posterior, dormitorio principal, comedor y sala de estar) que se puede controlar por separado.

El tercer dormitorio de invitados se abre a un jardín frontal privado cerrado con ficus que es perfecto para leer y relajarse. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y baño en suite. Las dos habitaciones adicionales tienen camas de matrimonio y comparten un baño.

La casa cuenta con WiFi de alta velocidad en toda la casa, incluida la zona de la piscina y el patio. Cada habitación tiene TV satelital directa con HBO y en caso de que haya un programa que no quiera perderse: no se preocupe, puede grabar el programa mientras se hospeda aquí.

We loved this spot! Great location! Close to downtown and local hiking spots. Pool was perfect and excellent views from the patio. Stephane was so easy to communicate with and check in and out was easy. Great spot for a girls weekend or with your family.

We had a great stay at the house on Mesquite. The location was great; so close to everything. The views of the mountains in the backyard were nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and well appointed. While some of the furnishing are more vintage, everything was comfortable and worked as expected. The kitchen and its wares were well-loved but had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The host was very helpful, easy to reach and answered our questions immediately. We would come back!

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time. The pool was perfect for our toddler and we enjoyed a day trip to Joshua Tree and hike above Palm Springs that was walking distance from the house.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed at Stephane's home over the weekend for my 50th birthday and it was everything we wanted. The pool was clean, fun and a much needed relief from the sun. The home had space for gathering as well as alone time. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub as well. I would highly recommend his home and we'd love to stay again in the future.

Ideal location for adult sibling reunion

This home is well maintained and clean. Spacious kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, and spices. Well arranged living room that provided comfortable seating for the five adults in our party, and we could have added a few more to the room. Excellent mattresses! The garage and warm salt water pool was an absolute plus.

Excellent vacation

The house is conveniently located and well laid out for guest use. It is comfortable and charming with mid century decor. The pool and spa are magnificent with a perfect view of the mountains and it is set up for guest use with plenty of seating designed for relaxing. My family loved it and I felt proud to have them all together and happy.

A wonderful few days with the family. House was perfect with a beautiful backyard for relaxing in the pool, cooking out and a short drive to downtown where we move to shop and eat. Easy access to walk to stores and stuff too. Peaceful and relaxing.

Stephane is an amazing host. He knows Palm Springs and is full of great suggestions on where to go and what to do. The house is so cute. Comfortable and well appointed. The pool is just the best. Totally private and just relaxing as it could be. I would totally stay again.

An amazing house with an amazing view.

We really enjoyed staying here. Stephane has a perfect home for a stay in Palm Springs. The home is in a great location and has all the amenities one could ask for. The pool was great and we couldn’t get enough of it. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. This was the luxurious stay of a lifetime and our family will forever have the best memories of our stay here.

This house was comfortable, tastefully decorated and did not lack for anything. Best equipped property for rent that I have stayed in. Much thought given to the comfort of guests. Pool was wonderful, salt water is great on the skin, and to the right temperature and hot tub was a treat. In a very quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains. Couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous House

This house is just how it is presented on VRBO. The pool area is the most amazing spot and the house was clean and accurate to what was posted on VRBO. It is .9 miles to walk into the downtown area which wasn't bad, unless it's 100 degrees, then I would Uber which was $8 into town. The property owner was very detailed before arriving, which was wonderful for any questions we had once we got there. I would highly recommend this house. 10 minute ride from the airport too, so easy to get to.

Great relaxing place and super accommodating host

Great place!! A quick 5-minute Uber ride from downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was fantastic sitting in the pool on floaties during the day and relax next to the gas fireplace outside when the sun went down. Stephane was amazing and SUPER accommodating! We had a late flight out and he graciously allowed us to stay a little past checkout. Unfortunately, the misters were not working during our stay, but he was right on it trying to get them fixed for us (THANK YOU!!!) He went above and beyond any previous host I've worked with and cannot say enough great things. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home away from home

This house was a great home away from home for us over the Thanksgiving weekend. Check in was smooth and communication with Stephane was easy. He was super responsive and helpful the one time we needed him for something. The kitchen had everything we needed--spices, sugar for our coffee, even a little cooler and ice packs for us to take a lunch with us one day! The furniture and decor is a little dated, but all of Palm Springs is a bit of a time warp--it didn't impact our enjoyment of the space. We loved having a place to just put our feet up and relax after touring the sites each day. And the backyard is an oasis; we spent as much time as we could outside. The house is conveniently located and the neighbourhood is very quiet - we loved our time there.

Great pool and spa with privacy

This is our 4th stay in Palm Springs and the first in this neighborhood. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard pool and spa. The fire pit was also used every day; a must when we rent a home. The inside of the home was adequate for our needs. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of room to cook. You can tell that Stephane put a lot of thought into decorating the home and making it a mid-century/tropical theme. We will point out that the stove top required lighting at times with a lighter as did the outdoor grill (with not all the burners lighting on both appliances). And it must be added that you must use the rapid preheat to get the oven to the required temp (and it still takes a long time). The plastic mattress topper on the bed in the green room is very uncomfortable to sleep on. And with no fitted bottom sheet you just sleep on a wrinkled mess. In addition the outdoor dining set has seen better days. The cushions need replacing and the table top is stained. This location is close to everything. Just a short drive or walk to wherever you want to go. Thank you for letting us stay Stephane. We had a lovely week.

Hi Steve, I’m glad that you had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and fire pit. So sorry about the plastic cover in one of the bedrooms. Please in the future give me a call or text me if that happens as we can easily change out the plastic so that the bed is comfortable and with fitted sheets With the stove yes it does take some time to heat up the oven. The good news is that it’s a very good stove that cooks well and does self cleaning and it’s a convection oven as well. For the outside dining table We will take a look at it to see if it needs to be replaced. In terms of cushions Would be great if you have let me know as we have new sets of cushions that can be replaced at any time. Thank you for your i suggestions.
