Whether you choose the rustic-modern charm of the RRR Cabin or the cozy Texas flair of the RRR Lone Star, you'll enjoy 1,800 feet of private river access, where the Medina's clear waters range from one to eight feet deep-perfect for tubing, fishing, swimming, or just floating under the in-river shade canopy.



Nature lovers will love the proximity to Hill Country and Lost Maples State Natural Areas, while wildlife watchers can relax by one of two riverside fire pits or the shaded deck, with deer feeders nearby and horses Sassy and Red Duke ready to greet you. Each cabin sleeps four and includes outdoor picnic areas, BBQ grills, and available RV hookups. Interiors feature comfy beds, full baths, WiFi, smart TVs, and kitchen/kitchenette setups to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Each cabin comfortably sleeps up to four guests

Full set of clean bed and bath linens provided for guest convenience

Split mini and box AC units in one cabin

Window units with both air conditioning and heating in the other

The house sleeps 8 guests with the price based on 4 guests.

Children under 2 stay free

Additional guests:$50 per person, per day (based on cabin)

Children are welcome

Pets are not permitted

No smoking inside either cabin

No discharging firearms, fireworks, or use of ATVs on the property

Signed release of liability required for all guests

Host resides in a separate home on the same 15-acre property

Outdoor amenities may be shared between both cabins

Both cabins must be rented to access RV hookups

Backroads Reservations may adjust nightly rates and fees within 5 days of local event announcements

Three-night minimum stay may apply on holiday or event weekends

Water levels in the Medina River and nearby lakes may vary depending on recent rainfall
