This fantastic, single-story retreat will be just the place to return to after full days of exploring the city or embarking on your own desert adventures. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a traditional adobe-style exterior that perfectly blends in with the landscape, yet inside you will find an eclectic mix of decor and stylish furnishings to make you feel right at home. All ages will have a blast, as free high-speed WiFi, multiple flatscreen TVs, three arcade gaming systems, an outdoor Ping-Pong table, and ample board games await to keep everyone entertained. There will be no need to venture far for a tasty meal either with the full kitchen being more than ready to assist in meal prep. If you want to keep it more casual, the private gas grill and covered patio area can be the perfect combination for a summer cookout in the fresh air as well!

Close to where my crew was going to be working. Had a little concern with parking for our company vehicles but it was quickly resolved. Easy check-in and out. Clean and spacious.

Baseball Trip

Enjoyed our stay, quiet and nice neighborhood. Easy check in and checkout, clean and well furnished house. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved my stay! Highly recommend this Casa Del 24 in Tucson.

Wow! The owner has done a fabulous job making this such a comfortable and cozy home and they have done a great job decorating. Everything I needed was available. I slept wonderfully as this is such a quiet neighborhood. And definitely loved the retro video games! What fun! I will be back for sure.

Excellent Eastside Accommodation

Casa del 24 was the perfect place for our family (2yo son, husband, myself and our little dog). We actually had a room we did not even use. The location was perfect if you are spending a lot of time on the Eastside (where my family is), with lots of grocery stores nearby and restaurants about 10-15 min drive. The game room was super fun and the house had an incredible selection of books. It was very comfortable. We would rent again.

Had a wonderful stay!

This home is nice and spacious. The game room and ping pong table were a hit with the family. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and great hot water for showers. Given how the house is setup for entertaining, it was very disappointing to learn that the 8 person maximum accommodation also included any guest coming over to visit at any time. This was not stated nor clear during the booking process--only afterwards when messaging the property manager. Since my trip was planned around my family of 7 coming to Tucson to visit extended family, it was a shame that we could only have 1 additional person in the house!!! Even if this is due to a city ordinance, it should have been clearly stated upfront! Otherwise, the house was fantastic!

Disappointing Stay

This was our second stay at Casa del 24. The first stay (October 2021) was exceptional. The house was clean, we'll stocked, and spacious, and except for a backed up kitchen sink two days before checkout, we loved it. This stay (Dec 2022) couldn't have been worse. Upon arrival, we found greasy countertops and electric cooktop. We also found the dining table placemats and runner covered in crumbs and other food debris. Once those were removed, we found several areas on the table surface where leftover food (rice, beans, and spilled drinks) were dried and stuck. Neither the kitchen or dining room floor had been swept or mopped. We let Vacasa management know and though there were apologetic; they offered no solution. Two days after check-in (Christmas Eve) we experienced toilet and shower backups in both bathrooms at which point we were moved to a different, much smaller, property 30 minutes from our location. Either Vacasa's standards have changed or they've lost their focus on customer satisfaction. We won't be using Vacasa for our stays in Tucson in the future.

Multi generation fun!

Multiple tvs, arcade games, ping pong, corn hole, games, for amusement. Kitchen with all tools and appliances, comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, carport…..worked out great for our family!

Comfortable Cozy Home

We had a really nice time at this home! The home had everything we needed, and some bonus’s were ….kids games for all ages, space to play outside in the arroyo if you like a little desert wild and a nice space for everyone to get together for a movie or split apart and have some quiet time. Tucson property

This was my first stay thru Vacasa or VRBO, (they both seemed to be involved) Very much like the other service I use, but the fees were much higher. The place was very clean and pet friendly which was a must for us. Did not have that personal touch when a property is managed by the people who own it, but overall a positive experience.

Lots of fun things for kids to do. Owners have really gone out of their way to provide all kinds of entertainment for the kids. Sheets did have dirt and hair on them so we had to get our own sheets and put them on the beds. The middle bathroom shower did not drain well and made a bit of a “lake”, so we all had to shower in the master bathroom shower. Overall, the bathrooms were very old and could use some maintenance. We did have a problem with the air conditioning/heater, but someone got back to us quickly to help with that and they were very helpful and friendly. The mattress in master is hard as cement and the mattress in one of the spare bedrooms is soggy and lumpy. Overall, just needs someone to go in and correct a few things.

Great Tucson Getaway

This property is well-appointed and checked all the boxes on our list. It is conveniently located to where our children and grandchildren live, and it was the perfect home from which to start our day. Ample seating and great outdoor space made it perfect for family gatherings. Can't say enough positive about the property, and about our experience. Truly a five star stay.. Great communications before, during and after our stay. Our grandson graduates next May, and we definitely want to stay here again for that.
