The main house features a double and a queen bedroom, a fold-out sofa, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—providing space and convenience for everyone.
The adjacent tiny home is perfect for extra guests, offering a queen bedroom, a bunk bed room, a fold-out sofa, a full bathroom, and its own kitchen. Both the main house and the tiny home provide stunning, uninterrupted views of Lamoka Lake, giving you a peaceful retreat with the perfect combination of relaxation and recreation.
Whether you’re sipping wine at a nearby vineyard, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying a quiet morning on the deck overlooking the lake, this property provides the perfect Finger Lakes getaway.
This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property.
