Welcome to Three Little Bears, a cozy adventure cabin designed for comfort, connection, and mountain fun. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath plus loft retreat sleeps up to 8 guests. The home is tucked away on its own private cul-de-sac in the highly sought-after San Juan River Village community, offering a rare sense of seclusion and tranquility. Set along the banks of the San Juan River, the home features private river access, world-class fly fishing, and beautiful mountain views that make it easy to slow down and settle in. With three floors, the layout is ideal for groups who want to be together without feeling on top of one another. There is plenty of room to gather, relax, and retreat when you need quiet time. Inside, the cabin feels warm and welcoming. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking meals easy, whether you’re whipping up a hearty breakfast before a day of exploration or dinner outside on the gas grill as the sun sets. Sleeping arrangements have been made with your comfort in mind. There are three bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The two other bedrooms both have queen beds. The loft provides an additional sleeping area with one full bed, and a pull-out sofa, making it a great fit for families or groups traveling together. Surrounded by National Forest, adventure is right outside the door! Wildlife sightings, peaceful river moments, and endless trails await. When you’re ready to explore town, downtown Pagosa Springs is less than 10 minutes from the home, known for its charming shops, laid-back mountain vibe, and famous natural hot springs. In winter, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 20 miles away, offering legendary powder and plenty of blue bird days. Private, spacious, and perfectly positioned for year-round adventure, Three Little Bears is the kind of place where memories are made, mornings by the river, afternoons outdoors, and cozy evenings together under the stars. This home is a completely smoke free property. No smoking allowed near entrances or on the premises.
