Do not recommend staying here. The cabin was okay, hot tub was nice but small. There is no cell service besides one bar and you have to be standing in the perfect spot with Verizon cell service. The wifi says it connects but it will be so slow or just not work overall to the point you can’t watch anything on either of the Roku tv’s. There is also no cable on either TVS and good luck trying to get anyone to come out and fix the WiFi. Also you have to clean the jacuzzi before use and it smells awful. I argued with the company for 7 hours on the phone before they offered to move me cabins to one with no hot tub, no jacuzzi and a queen bed and wouldn’t give me half my money back for half the amenities that we paid for. Then finally offered a full refund and told us to leave at 11 pm in the pouring rain on day one.

Giving perks first. I had no problems getting the host to answer any questions. They responded very quickly. The hot tub was not clean when we got there. I called the 800 number and someone came out with in a couple of hours. It was cleaned and refilled so we were able to use it late that evening. The A/C worked great! The cabin was nice and away from all the hub bub. It is about five miles from the strip in Pigeon Forge. So very convenient. There were of thrift and antique stores and tons of things to do.Some cons the hot tub not being cleaned when we got there. The wifi is not good at all you may or may not have a signal so that was inconvenient. We did not watch TV so I can't speak to that. The hot tub was nice, but there were no instructions on how to use it. I think that would be helpful. There are not a lot of hooks for anything. Hooks outside for wet towels and bathing suits would be helpful. More hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful. The stairs going down to the bedroom are pretty steep. Someone with limited mobility would have problems. There are also a lot of stairs going down. There was no light bulb in the shower down stairs. The driveway off the road is pretty steep. I backed in everytime, but needed help navigating that.

Cute and looked like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! The host was very quick to respond. The cabin is tucked away and only one other house is visible from the front deck where the hot tub is. Some things that were no issue for us but I feel worth noting for anyone considering a stay, that may not be clear from the pictures: -Sometimes vacation rentals have basic edible kitchen prep items like salt, pepper, oil, etc. This one has none of that so bring it with you. But they do provide dish wash detergent, paper towels, etc, anything like that you could need. -The main level bathroom has a shower but it is inside the big jetted tub, which is not easy for anyone with mobility issues to climb in and out of. There is a regular shower in the other bathroom, but it is down a full flight of stairs.

Great place , great location. The hot tub was filled way too full to even use It though and also the WiFi would not work for nothing . The t.v would go in and out of service and take 10 min just to come back on to the show we was watching and our phones wouldn’t connect hardly. We would have to wait til we went to do something in town to be able to make calls ,post pics or anything else we needed to do . Other than that the place was great

Cabin was not as clean as I had anticipated, was food on the floor near the trash can. Location was great. Also a lot of bugs and spiders within the house. But overall okay I guess.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin. I loved sitting in the rocking chair on the porch and relaxing with my coffee every morning. It feels a little secluded however, it was very peaceful being there. We definitely recommend this cabin to others.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! It is ran by a 3rd party company that uses a computer system to respond. The WiFi is non existent, the place was dirty dusty and cob webs all over. There were mouse droppings and roaches. I checked in at 4 and by 4:05 I send my complaints in. No one ever came, I left the next day and still nothing was fixed. They told VRBO reps that they will only offer a partial refund after I check out. Save your money, save your time. I had better accommodations while deployed to Iraq!
