Located on a deep water canal with quick access to Lemon Bay and the Gulf, it is the perfect spot for guests who want to bring their own boat or rent one locally. Spend the day cruising the intercoastal, fishing the backwaters, or heading out to the Gulf for tarpon, snapper, and grouper. Whether you're seeking beaches, world-class fishing, golf, or unforgettable sunsets, this property puts you close to everything!
Your home away from home features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed (smart TV)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (smart TV)
- Living Room: Full-sized pull-out sofa
Indoor Living:
- 65-inch smart TV for you to sign into any of your streaming services.
- Updated kitchen
Outdoor Living:
- Spacious Screen lanai with dining space and a gas grill. We provide a propane tank, but you may need to fill it.
- Canal front with a dock and space for your boat
- Bicycles
- Corn Hole boards and bags
- Beach chairs
- Beach Umbrella
- Beach Toys
- Beach Wagon to cart all of your supplies
Eat-In Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, toaster oven.
