FIRST FLOOR: Step into a stunning double-height open living space featuring a FULLY EQUIPPED, TOP-OF-THE-LINE KITCHEN, a grand dining table, and a stylish living room. This floor also includes the KING-BEDDED SUITE with an en-suite bathroom for added comfort.

SECOND FLOOR: The MASTER BEDROOM offers a king bed with an EN-SUITE DOUBLE SHOWER for a spa-like experience. SUITE #2 includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool. SUITE #3 also features a king bed, en-suite, and private balcony, each room exuding charm and individuality, making each stay unforgettable.

There's also the option of Luxury VIP SUV which is $299 one way / $585 round trip for up to 5 people.

An extra fee may apply if party members land in different terminals or outside business hours.

While we usually recommend to rent a car for more flexibility, we will give you numerous contacts of trusted taxi drivers upon arrival, kindly note that taxis in Tulum can quickly become expensive, we also offer private driver options during the length of your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance.
