The space
This is a single-family, standalone home located in a quiet rural setting in Clyde, NC. The house is approximately 1,900 sq ft and has been completely renovated from the ground up! Everything inside is brand new, including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and furnishings.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, multiple outdoor decks, a large yard, and peaceful mountain and foothill views. While the setting is rural, the home is easily accessible year-round with no steep roads or 4WD required.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, decks, yard, and driveway parking. No shared spaces anywhere on the property- it's all yours :)

Check-in is self-service using a smart lock, and detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Other things to note
• Sleeping setup: The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms total (2 queen, 1 king, and one bedroom is a kids’ room with a twin-over-full bunk bed). There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.

• Bathrooms: All three bathrooms are detached (no en-suite bathrooms). This works well for groups but is important to note.

• Wildlife: You may see wildlife in the area, including and especially the neighbor's goats. Please do not feed or try to pet the goats (they are on a very specific diet).

• Neighbors: The home is located in a quiet residential area. No parties or events are permitted, and quiet hours are observed.

• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee.

• Fire pit: Available for guest use when conditions allow. Please follow posted safety guidelines.
