This southeast-facing 3-room apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Spanning approximately 61 m², the apartment features a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room. The cozy living area features two sofas and an armchair. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and ceramic cooktop. The dining area is located right next to it. A high chair is available for young guests.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The windows can be darkened with curtains. You can store your luggage in the wardrobes.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The flooring in the vacation apartment consists of carpet and tiles.

An outdoor parking space is included with the vacation rental and is located right next to the property. Bicycles can be parked in a designated bike rack at the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
