Vacation Apartment No. 54 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This sunny 3-room apartment with a south-east-facing terrace is located on the first floor. Spanning approximately 67 m², the apartment features a living/dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

You can access the furnished terrace from the living room. The living area is furnished with a corner couch and a dining area for four people. There, you can enjoy meals together in a cozy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV (Smart TV), a DVD player, and a stereo system.

Right next to the dining area is the kitchenette, which features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a microwave. A high chair is included in this apartment. The living and dining areas feature vinyl design flooring.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Roller blinds and curtains are provided to block out light. The bedrooms feature carpeted floors.

The tiled shower room offers plenty of storage space.

The apartment’s storage room contains a washing machine that guests may use. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

A designated parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
