Vacation Apartment No. 44 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This cozy 4-room apartment with a south-facing balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Spanning two levels, the approximately 75 m² vacation apartment offers plenty of space for six people to enjoy a break from everyday life. The apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag complex.

From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. In the living area, a comfortable upholstered seating area and an inviting dining area create a cozy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by an LCD flat-screen TV and a stereo system with CD and Bluetooth. The apartment also features two additional LCD flat-screen TVs (in two bedrooms), a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a second stereo system with radio, CD player, and Bluetooth. For our younger guests, a travel crib, a high chair, a toy stroller, and play and art supplies are available.

The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a capsule coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment also features a washer with an integrated dryer. Parquet flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment.

The first bedroom is located in the basement and is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a dresser. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV are also available. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a modern box-spring bed (200 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The windows are darkened with pleated blinds and curtains. You can access the upper floor via the interior staircase in the entryway. There, you’ll find another bedroom with a cozy double bed and a dresser. Roller shades are provided for blackout.

The apartment has a tiled shower room with a heated towel rack. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack attached to the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people.
