Vacation Rental 09-1 in the Papillon Vacation Complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your sunny 2-room apartment with a south-west-facing terrace is located on the first floor of Building 9. With 55 square meters of space, the apartment offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. You’ll find a living-dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon resort.

The terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach chair, is the perfect spot to relax when the weather is nice. You can access it from the living room. The tastefully furnished living room features a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and a dining area for 4 people. To keep boredom at bay, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player.

The built-in kitchenette is equipped with an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental.

In the modern bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a clock radio, and a spacious wardrobe. Roller blinds and insect screens have been installed on the windows for privacy and protection.

The tiled shower room also has a window with an insect screen. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Fly screens are installed in the bedroom and bathroom.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 9. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the town’s public paid parking lots.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 meters away.

Children are welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
