Vacation Apartment No. 51 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With a size of approximately 65 m², you can enjoy your vacation in this 3-room apartment. The “Möwennest” apartment, featuring a south-facing balcony, is located on the 2nd floor. It includes a living and dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation resort is approximately 400 m.

From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. It’s the perfect spot to relax and watch beautiful sunsets. A comfortable sofa set and a lovingly designed dining area create a cozy atmosphere. A stereo system, a selection of games, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player are also included.

The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A high chair is included in this apartment. Tile flooring was chosen for all rooms.

In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet ensure your comfort. In the second bedroom, two single beds (90 x 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. You can store your belongings in the closet there. The windows are covered with curtains to block out light.

A bathroom with a shower is also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack by the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag complex from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
