Vacation Apartment No. 94 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your apartment, decorated in a cozy country house style, is located on the 2nd floor. With approximately 68 m² of space, you and up to three other guests have access to a living/dining area, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. You can enjoy meals together at the cozy dining table, which is located right next to the separate kitchen. A high chair is available for young guests.

The fully equipped, separate kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a ceramic cooktop with an oven. A washing machine is also available.

In the first bedroom, which has a second TV, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is also furnished with a TV and two single beds (80 x 200 cm). In both rooms, two wardrobes provide ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The windows are equipped with curtains and pleated blinds for blackout. The living and sleeping areas have laminate flooring.

There is also a tiled shower room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The designated parking space is located right next to your apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack by the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable stay for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
