The Luisa/03 vacation rental is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

Up to 5 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation in the modern, beachfront Luisa wellness vacation rental. It measures approximately 90 m² and spans 2 floors. On the first floor and top floor, you’ll find a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with its own sauna, and a southwest-facing balcony. A beach chair is available in the garden.
The beach is about 250 m away.

Relax in the modern living room: a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a radio are provided. The living room opens onto the southwest-facing balcony. The underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen area, and hallway ensures a cozy atmosphere and keeps your feet warm.

Thanks to the built-in kitchenette, you can enjoy your vacation together in the open living space even while cooking. The modern built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided: a microwave, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and glasses. The large dining table with comfortable dining chairs is ideal for shared meals as well as game nights.

On the first floor, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. For your sleeping comfort, pleated blinds have been installed to provide privacy and sun protection. If you prefer to sleep in the dark, you can use the exterior blinds to block out the light.

You can reach the second bedroom of the vacation rental via the staircase in the living room. It is furnished with two French double beds (140 x 200 cm) and a dresser with a flat-screen TV. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for young guests.

The spa-style bathroom features light-colored tiles and a walk-in shower. You can enjoy relaxing sauna sessions in the vacation rental’s on-site sauna. (You’ll need 1 € coins to use it.) Instructions for use are available on-site. The spacious vanity offers plenty of room for your toiletries. If you’d like to do laundry while on vacation, you’ll find the washing machine (1 wash cycle: 3 × 1 € coins) and the dryer (1 dry cycle: 3 × 1 € coins) right in the bathroom.

A note about the flooring: Vinyl flooring has been installed in the bedrooms. All other living areas are tiled. All windows are equipped with permanently installed fly screens. Pets will no longer be permitted in this non-smoking apartment starting in September 2022. Special note for allergy sufferers: Existing bookings that include a pet and were made prior to this date will remain valid.

A parking space for your car is located right next to the house. There is a small bike shed on the property. A handcart (subject to availability) is available here. Younger guests are welcome to use the swing and slide in the front yard.

The Luisa vacation complex is located on Kastanienallee, close to the beach. From the house, it’s just a short walk to the shops at Kastanienallee 1. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the vacation rental.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).


Complex:

The Luisa House is a family-friendly vacation home not far from the beach and the town center. On the property, right next to the house, the playground delights our younger guests. The beach is only about 250 meters away.

Pets are not allowed.

A parking space is reserved for you right next to the house.


Luisa Vacation Complex


The building contains several apartments, each with either a balcony or a terrace.
We rent out the Wellness Apartment, Apartment No. 03, in the Luisa building. With 90 square meters of space, this apartment offers plenty of room for five people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The three rooms are spread over two floors. With a private sauna in the bathroom, heated floors, and a washer and dryer, the apartment is very well equipped. Use of the sauna, washer, and dryer is available for a fee.
