Vacation Apartment No. 39 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

A 2-room apartment with a modern atmosphere awaits you. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. For a relaxing vacation, you’ll have approximately 54 m² of space at your disposal, including a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

The light-filled living room is furnished with a modern sofa set. This is also where you’ll find the dining area for shared meals. The flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. From the living area, you step out onto the south-facing, furnished terrace, which is surrounded by lush greenery.

In the separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. This includes a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bedroom features a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. The second flat-screen TV mounted on the wall allows you to watch TV comfortably from the double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A curtain on the window ensures a restful night’s sleep. The living and sleeping areas feature laminate flooring.

A tiled shower room is, of course, also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located right nearby. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
