The Reet/AM08b vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 9 people.

Spanning three floors, this thatched-roof vacation home features a living room with access to a large terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest restroom. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 125 m².

On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find the living room with sofas, a cozy dining area with a high chair, and the open-concept kitchen, which features a kitchen island equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The shower room, the utility room with a washer and dryer, and the entryway are also located here.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both equipped with closets for your vacation wardrobe. One bedroom features a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80 x 200 cm) for the third person. The second bedroom also features a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a TV. A storage room branches off from this bedroom, containing a safe, a crib, a baby bathtub, and a toddler toilet seat. In addition, the upper floor features two bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, a hallway, and a small infrared sauna with integrated color light therapy for relaxation. All large windows on the upper floor are equipped with fly screens.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with four single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bedroom also features a TV and a game console (PS4). Games can be borrowed from the front desk (for a deposit).

The large south-west-facing terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair. An electric grill and a handcart are available. Bicycles brought along can be stored safely. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available throughout the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking home.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area in the second row. The parking lot is located directly at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home comes with 1 designated parking space. Additional cars can be parked at the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach and the dog-friendly beach are only about 400 m away. The forest is also in the immediate vicinity.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation rental. Your security deposit is €250. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the offerings for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
