Vacation Apartment 01-3 at the Papillon Vacation Complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your vacation rental—always lovingly maintained and decorated in fresh colors—features a southwestern exposure and is located on the first floor of Building 1. With a floor area of approximately 55 m², the apartment offers a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon vacation village.

From the living room, you can access the sunny, secluded terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture. The living room features a double sofa bed (210 x 158 cm) that sleeps two people, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player, as well as a selection of books and games to pass the time. All rooms are fitted with high-quality designer flooring.

The kitchenette features a microwave, a large dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The dining area, complete with a cozy chest bench, is located in the living room.

The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses, as well as a wardrobe. A screen door protects against insects. There is also a sufficiently large closet in the hallway.

The spacious tiled shower room is equipped with a shower stall. A small storage room is located right next to the kitchenette. Only one pet is allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 1, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information:
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included.
They can be rented from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental.
You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.


Complex:

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation resort. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
