This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

If you are looking for one of the most amazing views on the Alabama Gulf Coast look no farther than Caribe Penthouse C1! This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Penthouse condo is not only decorated beautifully inside but the view is breathtaking. Caribe offers something for the whole family from a lazy river water slides saunas steam rooms hot tubs tennis courts and fitness room! Caribe also offers a fitness center putting greens basketball courts tiered outdoor pools AND heated indoor pools. You are on vacation so why not ask for more? Friends and family could gather to enjoy some corn hole ping pong or bocce ball. While relaxing poolside take advantage of the poolside deli!

Once you are ready to retreat back to your condo put your feet up on your private balcony with gorgeous views of both the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This large 1800 square foot condo has plenty of room to spread out with the family in the spacious living room offering floor to ceiling windows a wet bar and a large flat screen TV.

Retreat to the primary bedroom with the King size bed a couch for lounging while watching the flat screen TV. This suite also offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted-tub. The guest bedroom offers a King size bed flat screen TV and private bathroom. Cook up some amazing local seafood in the large kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances electric wall oven and built-in microwave. If you want to leave the cooking to someone else you are within walking distance to the amazing Cobalt restaurant or just a short drive to many other amazing restaurants in the area. There is not much that Caribe Resort is missing just you!

No pets are permitted. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent. This is a non-smoking property. Monthly rentals are available October-March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great stay in Orange Beach

Our family had a great stay in the Caribe in Orange Beach. Our condo was beautiful, clean and kitchen was very well stocked. View from our location was breathtaking. Trolley to the beach was nice. We will be back to this location!!

Quick getaway

The condo was in a wonderful location overlooking the bay, Perdido Pass, and the ocean. There were a few minor issues (the stove top would not unlock at first, the dishwasher handle fell off, and a lamp and outlet in the second bathroom would not work). We loved the condo and the accessibility to everything! I would stay there again.

Great Property! The parking space for this property is needs to be changed. We first had to find out at the front desk where the parking place was located. After we located the parking space and parked, it was almost impossible to get out of the car. You need to let all passengers out before you get into the parking space. Besides this one thing the stay was great!

Gorgeous Views

This property was beautiful. Comfortable beds, updated decor, spectacular views. Only drawback was checking in, the check in time is 5pm, pretty late in the day, and you have to drive 20 minutes from the property to pick up keys for the unit, same when leaving (which was in the opposite direction from home so added almost another hour to our drive time). They should implement a keyless entry. Other than that, the property is wonderful and we would stay there again.

Gorgeous View

The trip started off having to drive to Gulf Shores and get the keys only to have to drive to Orange Beach to get to the condo. Condo was spacious and the view is awesome. Had to drive back to Gulf Shores to return the keys after our stay.

Great vacation, but could be better!

We had a wonderful vacation here. However there were a few things that could have improved our stay. The toilet in the master bath was not working upon arrival and the guest bath toilet was running constantly. We immediately called about the master bathroom toilet and they said they would “email someone” about it. Luckily, we had a few handy guys on the trip who were able to fix the toilet! (Management did not call back about the toilet until our last day, which was 5 days later). Another thing is the check in process. This specific unit still has keys to access it, so you have to go pick them up from their office which is 25 minutes away. This wouldn’t be so bad if you could pick up the keys earlier in the day and then not access the property until the check in time (5pm). We called them and they said we were not allowed to get the keys until check in time, which was very inconvenient considering we were out on the water by the condo all day and then had to come in and drive to their office to get the keys before ever getting into the room. This put us not getting settled in the room until well after 7pm. Lastly, the marked parking spot for this condo is SMALL. I have a compact 4 door car (Toyota Camry) that I could barely fit it there. If you have a big SUV or the like, you will not be able to fit in the marked parking spot. & unmarked parking spots are hard to come by!! Overall, the location is perfect especially if you have a boat. It’s very close to the Flora-Bama, Pirates Cove, and Tacky Jacks by boat. The condo is clean and has great appliances including an awesome ice maker that came in handy for coolers.

Beautiful place, a few struggles

Upon arrival we picked up our package and when entering the gates we were not informed where to park or how to locate the parking spot. This sucked up a couple hours figuring it out while unloading our car. The facilities were beautiful and spacious, we found a broken glass in the dish washer and a sticky spill in a kitchen drawer. The outlet by the wine fridge did not work. All minor stuff. The maintenance man came up the 2nd day for a work order repair for 1 of the 2 toilets that had been reported by a previous tenant for ‘a whistling sound’. He actually broke the part off while looking at it and said it was disintegrated. Family of 8 down to 1 toilet for the next 4 days. This made it difficult to enjoy the jacquzzi tub at all and at times family had to go down to the public bathroom in the lobby. It would really be helpful to have a diagram of where to park and a little map or directory of the facilities, where to put garbage etc. we figured things out over the week but for newbies to the area it would be helpful and time saving to have the info
