Este es mi condominio de propiedad privada, con vistas al océano Annie's! ¡Disfruta del gran balcón y escucha a la banda con tu bebida favorita! SOLO ACTUALIZADO diciembre 2018 !! NUEVO refrigerador grande! Microondas, lavavajillas, armarios y platos! La mejor vista del océano, las puestas de sol, las piscinas y el famoso océano Annies. Al reservar conmigo esta es la habitación y vistas a obtener, me tomaron las fotos de su condominio, si reservas a través de su SOC se asignan una habitación cuando te registras !! de lo que está disponible! Después de su viaje aquí no desea que se busca en otro apartamento o tener que mirar a la esquina a ver el mar !! Usted podría estar en lo que llamamos la herradura de nuevo mirando a su vecino !!!! Este condominio es una eficiencia de un dormitorio con dos camas Queen, capacidad para cuatro personas. Usted está en lo que llamamos la zona de restaurantes! Literalmente, 100 de los lugares para comer! Pero si desea disfrutar de las vistas y comer en su balcón, tenemos una estufa. ¡Ahorre dinero, coma en el baño completo con tocador privado! Piscina cubierta y al aire libre y el río perezoso! También un jacuzzi !! Bronceado en la playa o en la piscina !! Todo lo que necesitas está en la localidad, Cuarto de lavado, 2 restaurantes, spa, gimnasio, sala de juegos. Todo lo demás es cuestión de minutos. Si sus fechas están reservadas, también tengo otro condominio frente al mar en Sands Ocean Club con la misma gran vista. # 466435

We had an awesome time at the condo. We were just there for a weekend but didn’t have to leave the resort for anything. The little shops had a couple of things that we forgot to bring and the restaurant was the bomb!! The building we were in seemed older and could use some updating but was fine for us. The room smelled a little musty but we weren’t in there much. Check in was easy and communication was excellent with Bill.

Great atmosphere and all around great time

I have been renting from Bill for a decade. Ocean Sands is the MOST fun you'll ever have IF you love listening to live music and watching people dance and have a great time. Bill's place is NOT the Hilton, but you know that going into it. The Hilton is going to have a more "up to date" room, but will never be as much fun. Bill personally met us to give us our room key and made sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the room (and we were). It's an older room, so yeah, there are little things but those weren't deal breakers for us. He has updated the place and those updates were much appreciated (granite countertops, kitchen area and a full fridge). He also offered us an early check in and an extra day's stay (which we couldn't take advantage of this time). I will definitely book with him again.

The owner was great. Allowed us to check in a tad early which we certainly appreciated! The owner showed us a few pending maintenance items. We did note several other maintenance issues while we were there and communicated this to the owner as we left. This truly is one room with a bathroom and kitchenette, it was just 2 adults so plenty of space but I personally would not stay there with more than 2 adults.. The room was a bit damp (very high humidity the week we were there) even with the AC running. This is a great location and within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. The grocery store is about a mile away, there was a convenience store on property and another one within walking distance. Also, a great location for fireworks as we were there 4th of July. Balcony is great to listen to the bands at Ocean Annie's Bar and/or to watch the beach/ocean. Please note you will only get one room key so you need to be strategic as you come in go if not with others in your party. Free parking is included which is a plus for us. There was plenty of parking even on the busy 4th of July holiday weekend.

Bill was very nice and allowed us to check in early. The room had an awesome ocean view and overlooked Ocean Annies. HOWEVER, the room itself was unbelievebly awful. We had been looking forward to our annual Myrtle Beach vacation for a while. We switched up this year and booked via Vrbo instead of the resort. Big mistake. The room was moldy and outdated. The lamps had caked on dirt and gave me the creeps to touch them. The worse room we've had in the 10 years of staying at Sands Ocean Resort. Wish I had more room to upload additional photos of the room. Such conditions are far from what one would expect from a professionally listed property. It was very disappointing and ruined our vacation. Sands Ocean Resort is an awesome place to stay. It's well kept, fun, has live entertainment and karaoke in the indoors Sandal's Lounge. HOWEVER, book THIS room at your discretion.

Great Experience

The rental was very easy from booking through check-in and check-out! The room was just as expected and well appointed with all amenities including a great supply of towels. We will definitely use Bill again for our stay.

Beds had sand on them I was given the wrong room my son and daughter in law got the room I paid forI

The place was ok not the cleanest I also seen a fight right under where I stayed where a man's head was bleeding all over the place I would not recommend it to anyone else and the rest of my family that stayed also will not be staying

DUMP

Condo (was actually a hotel room) was misrepresented! Very very old furniture, dirty and not the photo depicted in VRBO listing or verbal description. Obviously not taken care of at all. Too many problems to list. Would never stay or recommend to anyone. Would be embarrassed. Have traveled extensively all over the world for work and pleasure staying in hotels, resorts and condos, and this is by far the worst. A DUMP by any review. The owner should be ashamed. The only saving grace was the facility location.

Bill is awesome

We have been to this location 3 times and booking with Bill and his room had been the best. He was there to meet us at check in and actually was able to let us check in early. He went over details and was very personable. We with definitely be booking one of his places at this location again!

Great Stay, Great Spot!!!

Bill was amazing! He was able to get us in alittle earlier. The location was perfect, you can sit on your balcony watch and listen to the band at Ocean Annie’s, as well as look at the beautiful ocean. The pools and lazy river was amazing! We had the best stay and will be back! Everything was exactly how we wanted it to be.

The unit we rented was clean, Bill was very nice. The only complaint is I wish they would require guests going in the lazy river to be on an inner tube or floatation device, couldn’t enjoy it for the kids in there acting like it was a pool

Perfect Location

We visited Bills place for vacation and Carolina Country Music Fest. It was a great stay and Bill was very attentive. Parking was super easy and the bell hops were very helpful unloading our luggage. This service along with the gorgeous views of the ocean, pools, and Ocean Annie’s makes this the best place to stay in North Myrtle!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner very nice and willing to help. Great location and plenty of things for the kids and adults to enjoy on-site. Burgers from downstairs at River City not bad either. Live music downstairs til around 11pm every night we were here.

Not what I expected

I booked only a space with kitchen/table for eating, full size refrigerator. The property owner moved me to the "executive suite" which was not as listed for what I booked. Lots of things rusty. No stove/oven to cook (as I had planned). Mini refrigerator. No luggage cart for the tower I stayed in.

Perfect location

Perfect location we cooked everyday to save food and he had he kitchen supplied with everything needed the view was amazing it smelt super clean like oranges and he even met us super late to check in we did not get there until about 8:45 Friday night. I will definitely stay again. This condo is the perfect location right by the grocery store and access to any restaurant. I enjoyed the view and music from ocean annies.
