NOTICE: BACKYARD RENOVATION 2/28-5/1/26 (MORE DETAILS BELOW) With this home you will find yourself in the center of everything. Located in the upper university district, it is the perfect headquarters for your visit to Pocatello. Attending an Idaho State University Game or event? Walk to Reed’s Gym or the Holt Arena. Great food and fun is close by. Peaceful neighborhood, central to everything ISU. Easy access to the freeway to continue north to Jackson Hole or Yellowstone N.P.
The home is peaceful and offers a comfortable retreat from your daily activities. We offer many amenities that you may feel like you don’t need to leave. Have a backyard fire, sit in the hot tub, or cozy up in a blanket with the fireplace roaring and watch a movie in the living room. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms will supersede any hotel accommodations.
2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 large bathrooms that feature a soaking tub and shower in each. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with 1 full bathroom.
The backyard renovations are in progress. This does limit the use of the backyard. the firepit will remain usable. The hot tub is available as of 3/3/26. Eventually the hot tub will be removed to make way for a swimming pool and permanent hot tub.

I am born and raised in Pocatello. I am still local to the area, and can offer as much or little interaction you are comfortable with.

Eventually the hot tub will be removed to make way for a swimming pool and permanent hot tub. Work will primarily happen on weekdays between working hours of 8:00-5:00. Some weekend work may happen to keep the project on schedule. We have discounted our price to show appreciation for your willingness to stay during our renovation.
