My family vacation stay was amazing! Check in was easy! The unit had everything we needed for the week! WiFi was super easy to access! The best part was this resort did its own firework show the night after the 4th which was beautiful! The only problem we ran across was the door lock not working correct but Darrell answered his phone ASAP and talked me through everything and we got it fixed! He even sent someone to double check it was still working correctly! Highly recommend this unit and resort as I would come back!!

We enjoyed our trip to the Boardwalk and the condo was exactly what our family needed for accommodations. The owner Darrell was great to work with and responded to any questions that I had immediately. I will book this condo again.

Good family vacation

The only issue I had was when I booked the condo I was under the impression that it had a gym and after getting there I found out the gym was permanently closed if I would’ve known that, I would’ve booked a different place but the condo itself was nice and the property manager was good to work with

Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

First time to Panama City Beach and not sure what to expect. The condo and complex were very clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or needs. The owner checked in with us a few days after our arrival to let us know that we could reach out to him at anytime. The view and sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking! Friends in Punta Gorda Fl sent us sunset pictures from their home and we then had a sunset picture challenge and of course we won!! The month flew by too quickly, but we will definitely be back!

Heaven at on the gulf

This is my family’s second winter break here and this place just gets better and better. From breathtaking views to a wonderful condo that felt as comfortable as home to amazing amenities we can’t wait to come back next year. My boys asked if we could just live there:)

Winter escape

The condo was adorable giving us 18th floor views of the Gulf and the awesome sunsets. Condo was well appointed with the necessities and some extras. Very comfortable beds and baths.

Air Conditioner & Supplies were a Negative.

My wife and I took Vacation for the first time in a year. The Condo was very nice, and the location was amazing. We had a couple things that stood out that did not go so well. We got to the Condo at night and the temps outside were in the 40's. The next day was not bad but the next couple days the Air did not Work. We did call the owners and also asked about T.P and Paper Towels. He told us that people normally get their own supplies it's not a hotel. This really is not our first time travelling and to be told we are to get off the Airplane and go purchase T.P and Paper Towels was not a great start. We also had the Air Conditioning not working for two days when we told him he did get a Company out to get it fixed but it did cause us to have to be there for them to come in and fix. I do believe this could have been avoided if the Company he has checking on the Codo did more investigation before someone is going to stay there for Vacation. Just take a few more bucks and don't tell the Renters to go get their own T.P. Thanks for Everything.

Wonderful condo!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exceptionally clean. The view was perfect and right on the ocean. Our little ones had a blast at the pools and splash pad. The condo had everything needed to make our stay less stressful. The owner was responsive almost immediately. Overalll this condo will not disappoint!

Wonderful vacation

Our week long stay was super enjoyable in the condo with our family of 6. Everything in PCB was easily accessible from the location. Short walk to Pineapple Willys. Great food at the Boardwalk grill. Would 100% recommend Robert and Cindy's place to anyone and will be staying in the future. They were extrenely helpful and communicated effectively.

Paradise!

The condo was immaculate and spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you would ever need plus more. The view from the deck was spectacular! The host was always very responsive when I had any questions. We stayed for one week (May 25-June 1, 2024) and we enjoyed every moment! We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo and resort were exactly as presented. The location was good- close enough to walk to a lot of restaurants and places but not as chaotic as it seemed other condos farther west were. We would stay here again.

First visit to PCB

This was our first time visiting PCB and booking through Vrbo. We were lucky enough to have our first time booking through Darrell. His home was very nice and clean. Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the view from the balcony. We had other family staying at the beachfront who came and checked out our condo as well and really liked it. My favorite thing about Darrell though, was how quickly he would respond to questions and explain things. Overall this made for a great vacation.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo and location to everything. The only thing I have is the person cleaning maybe cutting corners. There was a bar of soap left in the master shower. Blood was on the box springs in the guess bedroom. Carpet needs deep cleaned.

The Boardwalk beach resort has never disappointed. Weather was hot but normal for the end of July. The condo was fine everything seemed clean. The owner was very responsive to text calls and emails. Would definitely stay again

We had always wanted a place on the beach. Being from Georgia we visited Panama City Beach quite often growing up. Our son played college baseball so every year we would go to PCB for baseball and all took time to look at condos along the beach. When we viewed the plans for Boardwalk Beach Resort, we knew we had found our special place on the beach. Boardwalk Beach resort is one of the best Vacation Resorts on Panama City Beach, great location, beautiful beaches, top of the line amenities. We loved the high ceilings, granite counter tops and ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. You can look out and think you’re on a cruise, all you see is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and it’s wonderful!

We find Boardwalk Beach Resort unique in that you can make a stop for groceries or Enjoy Our On Site Restaurant and Corner Market and never leave the resort. There are also restaurants and shopping within walking distance and If you do want to go out there are many unique restaurant, shopping and entertainment options.

With the heated pool, Hot Tubs, Under the Boardwalk Bar and Grill, On Site Corner Market, available fitness center, various water sports, and most of all the beach and ocean, you won't find a better place than Boardwalk Beach Resort!
