This 4 bedroom, 2100+ square foot home is perfect for families and groups. It includes 4 spacious bedrooms, a game room with a futon for an additional sleeper, a fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8, a huge utility room, 2 car garage, and a covered patio with seating and outdoor TV. The backyard has a brand new privacy fence and is great for kids and pets. There are 3 smart TVs, fast Wifi, and a desk in the primary bedroom.
The large primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, desk with chair, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom includes two sinks, a jetted tub, a standing shower, and a huge closet.
The three secondary bedrooms all have queen beds and furniture for clothing storage.
The game room features a futon for additional sleeping (best for a child) as well as fun games like Connect 4, Ring toss, Tic Tac Toe, cards, board games, and a 2 player arcade table game with 60 games included!
The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a huge sectional couch, 3 additional chairs, fireplace, and a 65 inch smart TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities for meal preparation and cooking. All stainless steel appliances are brand new!
The backyard is a peaceful retreat with no properties behind this home. Relax on the covered back patio and watch the 65 inch smart TV. There is comfortable seating for 8-10 on the back patio and screens that can be lowered to block the sun or keep the bugs out.
The location can't be beat! The neighborhood is very quiet and offers quick access to I-35. Less than 10 minutes to UNT!
