The kitchen serves as the focal point of the main living area, showcasing quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a generously sized island with bar seating. The island provides both functional prep space and an inviting setting for casual dining or gathering. The kitchen transitions seamlessly into the living and dining areas, allowing for effortless entertaining and everyday comfort. We provide instant coffee and an electric kettle. An artisanal coffee bar is available in the lobby of the leasing office which is free to use and offers specialty drinks from 9-5pm.
The living space is thoughtfully arranged with contemporary furnishings and a smart TV, offering a relaxed yet polished environment. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony that provides fresh air and an additional area to unwind.
Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering ample closet space and a calm, cohesive aesthetic.
