Designed for connection, the farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms provide simple, welcoming comfort, while the spacious bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk and two additional twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.



The heart of the home is the main living area. A cozy wood stove anchors the space, with firewood provided so you can settle in after a day on the mountain. The open kitchen and dining area are bright and inviting, with a large table that encourages long meals and easy conversation.



Upstairs, a lofted lounge offers a second space to relax, stream a movie, or enjoy a quiet moment with strong WiFi throughout the home.



Two full bathrooms give everyone room to spread out. One includes a classic clawfoot tub with shower, while the other features a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.



Outside, the private yard and South Hill setting offer a peaceful backdrop that feels distinctly Vermont. The grill is available year-round, and parking for up to four vehicles makes arrival easy. A washer and dryer in the basement add convenience for longer stays.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the private driveway in front of the house. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter. There is potential to fit up to 4 cars in the driveway.
