Nuestra cálida y espaciosa casa cuenta con 5 dormitorios y 3 baños completos y está a solo 3. 5 millas de la estación de esquí de Okemo. Está a 100 metros del lago de rescate, donde se puede practicar kayak y disfrutar de la zona de baño compartida.

El nivel principal tiene un plano de planta abierto con techos altos y una chimenea de leña. La cocina está totalmente equipada y está abierta a un gran comedor. El nivel principal también tiene un dormitorio con una cama queen size y un baño completo. También hay una lavadora y secadora apilables. La cubierta se extiende por toda la parte trasera de la casa y está rodeada de hermosos árboles. El porche tiene mecedoras para disfrutar del atardecer.

En el segundo piso hay 2 dormitorios, una cama king size en una habitación y una cama queen size con una cama nido individual (2 camas individuales) en el otro dormitorio. Hay un baño completo y una gran sala de estar tipo loft.

El nivel inferior tiene una gran sala de recreación / familia con cocina americana. Hay 2 dormitorios y un baño completo también. Un dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble y el otro tiene una cama queen size. Hay acceso al patio desde este nivel.

El lago está a 100 yardas de la casa y tiene un hermoso muelle y áreas de picnic. Puedes nadar, kayak, pescar, esquiar en el agua, esquí de fondo o patinar en el lago. La casa no tiene vista al lago pero tiene derechos de lago con un muelle compartido.

This house was perfect for our family. We needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom of our 92 yo mom and the basement was perfect for the kids. Although, the basement was a little musty in July...but dehumidifier did help somewhat. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again

NH Vacation

We had 18 people when you included the children. We loved the lake access and using the canoes and kayaks. The house comfortably fit all of us without feeling crowded. It was a quiet neighborhood. We cooked s'mores and dinner over the open fire. It was a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway (AGAIN!)

This property is conveniently located just a short drive away from Okemo mountain and Ludlow center. This is our second time staying at this property this year and we would absolutely look to stay again next year. Wonderful home for families with teens who like to have their own space. The decor makes this spacious home very warm and cozy.

Amazing Summer Weekend!!

Our large group (10) had comfortable accommodation, and enjoyed the lake and kayaks! The house was beautiful (and had tasteful choice in poster). There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy the summer in Vermont, including Mt Killington and some amazing local restaurants.

Family Trip

Property had a great location, we loved the lake access. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything except towels. I did not recall the listing saying we had to bring our own towels as that is unusual for VRBO rentals. Luckily we had family in town that let us borrow as there are not any options to buy towels close by. Everything else about the house was great and the owners were easy to communicate with.

Cozy home perfect for multiple skiing families!

My family had an amazing time! The house is very close to Okemo. The layout makes it work nicely for multiple families to split the upper and lower rooms, and the bonus kitchen in the basement really came in handy. Lots of space to hang out. Also I have to mention the water pressure in the showers was incredible- everyone kept talking about it all week. Maria checked in with us towards the end of the trip which was just so thoughtful. We would love to come back to stay here again!

Wonderful rental!

House was perfect for our group of 11. Super close (6 minutes) to Jackson Gore which is where we always start our ski days. The owner was very responsive and replied within minutes to our texts. If we have the same group size next year, we’ll definitely be back! 😊

Complicated review: the good and the bad

Overall the house itself was ok. We picked it because we have a big group. The house had plenty of space and was mostly clean. It is a great location, only 5 minutes from Okemo. It mentions the dock, but there isn't a clear path, you have to walk through a snowy yard to get to it. Then when we trekked down there, the dock wasnt even cleared of snow, so you couldn't sit. We spent a ton of time looking for thefirepit only for someone to accidentally discover it completely covered in snow. We had to clear it out ourselves and put out the chairs around it. Would have been nice to have that done beforehand. One of the toughest things about the home is how loud it is when people move around. Someone walking up & down the stairs can be heard all over. The basement bedrooms are rough (1 "bedroom' didn't have a window, so not actually a br) because you hear everything! The biggest issue was the check out message from the owner filled with odd claims and outright lies. She claimed that we had a lack of respect for the home and "the house was really unusually dirty".We as a group have rented a home for 5 years and never had a complaint. We did all the required steps, stripped beds, did dishes, tidied up. She claims we didn't empty the trash, which we did and I think the "mess" was a dirty kitchen floor. For a 300 cleaning fee, we were not going to vacuum. Also, a statue was broken upon arrival, and she claims we did it. Be wary if you don't want to face false accusations.

Simply amazing

Personally i walked into a dream home. And if you have a big group like i did. Of about 11 people this location is perfect for a few days to spend on okemo. The home had perfect showers, the heating was perfect. The fireplace was a great touch to hang around and play board games. The host was super communicative even while traveling. All questions answered thorughly and check out proecedurrs were clearly explained. I would absolutely stay here again. Even with the weather being freezing the home was always warm and cozy.

Amazing!!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house was so clean and organized when we arrived. It fits 12 people perfectly with bed and common room seating! It rained almost the entire time we stayed but the house has a cozy energy that makes it feel like a home (the massive supply of games helped too)! Thank you so much and we’ll be back!!

Spacious home close to Okemo

We were a group of two families with all adult children staying for a ski weekend. The house was great, spacious enough that no one was on top of each other but with a nice living room where we could all hang out. Okemo and all the town's shops were easily within 10 minutes. Maria was prompt to respond to any questions we had and very welcoming. Would definitely come again.
