Your Otto adventure awaits! Our spacious cabin is the perfect getaway for families and couples alike. Pack your bags, grab your groceries and enjoy the peace and quiet of cabin living. Explore the many hiking trails, waterfalls, and state parks close by, or enjoy sipping a cup of coffee on your back porch listening to the sound of Betty’s Creek.

We are located in Otto, North Carolina at a dead-end road just miles from Dillard, Georgia, off Hwy 441. Our cabin is close to the beautiful 24,500- acre Nantahala Wilderness Area, and thanks to the Wilderness Act of 1984, it will remain intact as it was intended. It can never be logged for timber or developed. We hope you will take the time to hike into this vast, beautiful area.

Walnut Falls is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath Canadian Hemlock hand hewed cabin with an open sleeping loft and 2 twin beds. The loft is accessible by spiral staircase. There is a covered front porch with rocking chairs and a swing to enjoy, as well as a covered back porch overlooking the creek. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. You can also go to Andy’s Trout Farm just up the road and catch your own dinner!

Have a large group, but prefer your own space? No problem! We have 3 additional cabins available to rent at the Retreat on Betty’s Creek. It's the perfect location for a multi-family or friends gathering. All cabins are located along Betty's Creek and within walking distance of each other. Please check out their listings on VRBO.
