FAMILY & PETS:

We are family-friendly. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count.



Pets are not allowed at this property. However, service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Guests bringing a service animal must notify us in advance. Service animals must not be left unattended and should be kept off all furniture, including sofas and bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and properly disposing of any waste in designated garbage bins.



EXTRA GUESTS:

Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees and taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10 pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered part of the total guest count.



POOL/SPA:

The pool/spa is available for guest use by request and may require advance notice for heating. A $100 heating fee applies and must be requested in advance. Please observe quiet hours and refrain from use after 10 pm. To maintain water quality, do not add any soaps, oils, or other substances. Guests are asked to shower before use, keep all glass and food away from the pool/spa area, and replace the cover after each use (if applicable). Children must be supervised at all times. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.



VENDORS:

Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain the home and yard. They will not enter the home but may need access to the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is performed as needed based on weather conditions.



PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS:

We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10 pm and before 8 am. Guests must refrain from outdoor music, noise, or any disturbances during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



RESPECT:

There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10 pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing or tampering with the monitor will result in additional charges.



CHERISH:

Los Angeles is home to diverse wildlife and natural surroundings. Please dispose of trash properly. Leaving food or waste outside may attract animals and harm the local ecosystem.



CLEANING:

Health and safety are our top priorities. Our cleaning team follows CDC and WHO protocols to ensure the home is sanitized before each stay. For this reason, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for your understanding.



PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

If you are interested in conducting a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial or business use, please share details in advance. Approval is required, and additional fees may apply. Personal social media photography is permitted.



WILDLIFE:

Guests may encounter wildlife such as lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and other native species. Please exercise caution, especially at night and when supervising children.



FIRE ZONE:

This home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property grounds.



NO SMOKING:

No smoking or burning candles inside the home. Any smoking must be at least 15 feet away from exterior doors. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.



BACKYARD FENCING:

The property is fenced; however, guests should always supervise children, as wildlife may still enter the area.



EV CHARGER:

There is no EV charger available on the property. However, several public EV charging stations are located nearby in the Los Angeles area.
