The Space:

Welcome to our beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor. Step into a comfortable living area, featuring a spacious couch, a large TV, and a small dining table with seating for two. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom offers a TV, dresser, and a convenient stackable laundry unit. For your beach outings, a storage box near the grills provides an umbrella, two camping chairs, and a wagon. You'll have access to one off-street parking spot, with additional free parking available on Cresse Ave. An outdoor shower is conveniently located at the end of the building, near Unit 2. Enjoy the picnic table and benches on the 3rd level, and relax on the 2nd-level sundeck, complete with lounge chairs and a table. Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.

Bed configuration: Two full beds and one full sofa bed.
