In the summer, enjoy the lazy afternoons on our deck with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. For some relaxing exercise, try mountain and forest hikes or bike rides on trails (including the Tahoe Rim and Van Sickle trails) that are very close by.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
TAHOE VILLAGE is a quiet, unique community with walking access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all outdoor recreation. The mountain retreat is a perfect vacation destination. Nevada Beach, Zephyr Cove, and Eldorado Beach are a short driving distance away.
Unbeatable Stateline Nevada location with access to Heavenly Ski Resort (pass holders can also enjoy other EPIC ski resorts) North Star & Kirkwood. The nearest Commercial Airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 60.1 miles away.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and a fine of $500
to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather, either 4WD and snow tires or 2WD and chains are
required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times, and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract additionally, in order to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
