The Space:

Step into this beautifully updated 1-bedroom condo designed for comfort and style. Large windows fill the space with natural light and showcase vibrant city views.



The open living area invites you to relax, featuring a plush sofa, smart TV, and dining area perfect for family meals or remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster — so you can prepare your favorite meals with ease.



The bedroom includes two double beds with premium linens, extra pillows, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms offer both convenience and comfort — one full bathroom with shower and vanity, plus a half bathroom for guests.

Guests check in at the Front Desk of Sian Ocean Residences.



A mandatory FOB fee is charged at check-in (credit or debit card only). This provides access to:

Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hallandale beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
