This property was very very spacious and really clean the location was really good and a whole lot of things to do in the area we had visited from the U.S and overall a great experience I will definitely stay again the hostess was very helpful

The apartment is extremely well located, near transportation, great restaurants, fun shops, etc.The apartment was clean and had everything one would need for a stay.The description of the apartment is accurate, apart from the fact that there is a lighted green exit sign in one of the bedrooms, so bring a sleep mask so it won't bother you during your stay.Host was very responsive and helpful.We had a very good stay and we will most likely rent this apartment again when in Toronto.

The property was clean and in a good location, walkable to many restaurants, etc. We stayed here for a week as our son was attending camp about 15 minutes away. The communication was very good with the property manager. We had a couple of issues. One was the AC in our room, but that was taken care of as quickly as it could have been and luckily it wasn’t extremely hot out so it was manageable. The second issue was drain flies. Even before we went to the market and brought food in there were several of these little drain flies. We bout apple cider vinegar and dish soap to try to help alleviate the issue, but they continued to multiply and it got worse throughout the week. This is certainly fixable and I wouldn’t rule this property out based on that, but I wouldn’t inquire to ensure that they have solved this issue.

This was an excellent stay from start to finish. The suite was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location with easy access to transit and downtown Toronto.The standout part of my experience was the communication and customer service from Uju. As a visitor from the United States, I wasn't familiar with Toronto parking procedures and reached out with a few questions before arrival. Rather than simply sending directions, she took the time to call me, walk me through my options, and make sure I understood everything before I arrived. That level of care immediately put me at ease.Throughout the stay, she was responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to her guidance, the parking situation that initially felt intimidating turned out to be completely stress-free. What started as a quick parking question ended up being one of the most memorable customer service interactions I've had in a long time.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Toronto.
