Vacation Rental No. 9 with a terrace is located on the first floor of the Bellevue Residence at Heimweg 8, 17454 Zinnowitz, and offers a view of the surrounding area and countryside.



• Ground-floor vacation rental for up to 4 people, featuring a living and dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 terrace;

• Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s is available in the vacation rental. This is a voluntary additional service on our part and therefore not a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router.

• Baby equipment (travel crib + high chair) is available upon advance request;

• Children’s playground on the residential complex’s grounds;

• Only 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 9) in the residential complex’s underground garage;

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and in the owner’s presence (fire and explosion hazard)



Vacation apartment No. 9 was renovated in 2021. The apartment was furnished in 2021 and is equipped as follows:



• The living and dining room is furnished with a wide, comfortable leather couch, a leather armchair, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The leather sofa is fitted with a standard mattress measuring 160x200 cm, providing two additional sleeping spaces (the sofa is suitable for long-term use) in the apartment;
The living room features a 50" flat-screen TV (satellite TV), free high-speed Wi-Fi via fiber optics (no right to compensation in case of outage), a Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi stereo system;

• Bedroom with a double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) for 2 people, a wardrobe, and an electronic safe (laptop-sized);

• Kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a built-in kitchen including a stove, a large refrigerator (fridge-freezer combo), an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, plenty of dishes, and a washer-dryer;

• The floors in the living room, hallway, and bedroom are laminate; the bathroom and kitchen area have tile floors;

• Bathroom with a bathtub and a towel-drying radiator;

• 1 southwest-facing terrace furnished with patio furniture;

• 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 9) in the residential complex’s underground garage (there is only one parking space per apartment);

The 2-room apartment No. 9 (approx. 56 m²) on the first floor, featuring exclusive amenities and a covered, wind-protected terrace, is located at Residenz Bellevue, 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 8.



The 2-room apartment No. 34 (approx. 55 m²) on the first floor, featuring exclusive amenities and a covered, wind-protected balcony, is located at the Bellevue Residence in 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 11.
