In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a high-quality, 2021-renovated vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This exclusive 2-room “Seedüne” vacation apartment, approximately 35 square meters in size, can accommodate up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor (top floor). The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Adjacent to it is the sunny rooftop terrace (separated from the “Seesicht” vacation apartment by a partition wall and accessible only through a very low doorway). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers.
Right next door, the “Seesicht” vacation apartment is available for 2 people, making it ideal for couples who are friends or acquaintances.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dishes, and a shower mat).

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
