Welcome to this newly renovated 4-bedroom rental in the heart of downtown Charleston, designed for both relaxation and productivity. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and smart TV. For those blending travel with work, two dedicated desks and lightning-fast 800Mbps WiFi ensure a seamless remote work experience. This a 30 day minimum rental. Welton's Tiny Bakeshop occupies the small commercial space on the front side of the building.

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

If bringing a pet, please inquire prior to booking. A $200 pet fee will be applied and charged at time of booking. Based upon approval.
