Just steps for you and your family can be relaxing on the beach, building sandcastles, surfing the waves, or enjoying the nearby boardwalk attractions. The beach entrance also features a newer public restroom, making long beach days even easier.

The boardwalk, amusement rides, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and bike rentals are all within a block, while Asbury Avenue’s shopping district—filled with boutiques, restaurants, cafés, salons, yoga studios, and gyms—is just a short stroll away. You can even walk to Ocean City's weekly farmers market for fresh local produce.

Inside, the first floor features an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and powder room. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests and a 65” wall-mounted Smart TV with Fire Stick, allowing you to sign in to Netflix, Prime Video, or other streaming services. Step outside to the private furnished deck, perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco.

Upstairs, the second floor offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and partial ocean views, making it a relaxing place to wake up each morning. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin/full bunk w/ a trundle and a twin bed (sleeps 5). A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.
