The modern and high-quality furnished two-room vacation apartment “Oase im Sonnengarten” is located on the top floor of this exclusive vacation apartment complex. A spacious loggia with attractive dark floorboards faces southwest (toward the sea) and offers guests the perfect amount of sunlight. While enjoying the sweeping view—for example, during a lovely breakfast on the loggia—guests can let their gaze wander across the Baltic Sea. The approximately 45-square-meter vacation apartment, featuring comfortable underfloor heating, is designed for 2 people and offers a modern, bright, and comfortable atmosphere. From the living room, guests can access the furnished Baltic Sea loggia. Free Wi-Fi and a private underground parking space (No. 12) are standard features of this apartment. Two elevators take guests from the underground garage directly to the apartment’s front door. The living room, featuring allergy-friendly, warm-to-the-feet designer vinyl flooring, a fully equipped/integrated kitchen, a dining table and coffee table, a large black couch, and a 40" flat-screen TV (satellite), offers everything you need for a dream vacation. Warm-white LED ceiling spotlights accentuate the bright atmosphere of this apartment. The comfortably furnished brand-name kitchen includes a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker. The selection of cutlery, glasses, and dishes, along with helpful kitchen utensils, leaves nothing to be desired. The separate bedroom, featuring a large skylight and an electric blind, has a double bed with comfortable mattresses, nightstands, and reading lamps. Your clothes can be easily stored in the lighted closet and a sideboard. Another 40" flat-screen TV (satellite) lets you watch TV comfortably and stress-free right from your bed. The same allergy-friendly and warm-underfoot designer vinyl planks (especially pleasant when stepping out of bed barefoot in the morning) as in the living room were chosen for the flooring. In the dream bathroom, featuring elegant slate tiles on the floor and walls, guests will find high-quality bathroom fixtures, including a large walk-in Raindance shower. The bathroom also features an infrared sauna for two people, exclusive to this apartment. This modern infrared cabin with built-in floor heating is well-suited for both young and old alike (not to be used in cases of acute inflammation, heart conditions, or very high blood pressure), as it is not particularly physically taxing and does not leave you feeling exhausted (as is the case, for example, with a Finnish sauna) after using the infrared cabin. Thanks to its deep heat, this infrared cabin relieves tension and rheumatic symptoms; it detoxifies the body, strengthens the immune system, and enhances overall well-being. Even if cold symptoms are already noticeable, you may still use this infrared sauna, as its functional properties help combat these symptoms. If desired, an oxygen ionizer (highly suitable for people with pollen allergies) can be activated, which makes the air in the room more germ-free, similar to the air after a thunderstorm or by the sea. You can also customize the colored lighting in the cabin to enhance your personal sense of well-being. An integrated CD player for relaxing music during your session is a standard feature of this cabin.
