Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living area perfect for entertaining. The main room features a comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and access to the outdoor space. The sleek kitchen is outfitted with all needed appliances, a large island, and a coffee bar complete with Keurig Duo. Just off the main area, enjoy indoor recreation with a 3-in-1 game table and drink fridge. Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms offers a private en-suite bathroom and Smart TVs, ideal for both adult privacy and kid-friendly comfort.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat, will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
