Soak in ocean views on the deck after a dip in our private pool at Savanna Republic in beautiful Topsail Beach! PRIME location with the beach access steps from your door and shopping and restaurants just down the street!

With the beach access at the end of your driveway, ocean views throughout the house, and a private fenced pool, there isn't much more you could ask for in a beach retreat! Enjoy a beautifully renovated interior boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an open concept living room and kitchen. Three of the four bedrooms offer ocean views and open up to our large decks with stunning views of the ocean.

Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, made up with fresh linens when you arrive, and smart TVs. The couch in the living room pulls out to a full size bed (linens are not provided for the pull out couch).

The well equipped kitchen is perfect for hosting family meals! Our Keurig Duo coffee maker allows for both K-Cups OR ground coffee carafes of your choice. We provide a starter supply of coffee pods for guests and all of the kitchen essentials! Our dining table sits 6 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island or at the outside dining table that overlooks the ocean.

The outdoor space boasts three large covered decks, two decks offer the stunning views and sounds of the ocean and the back deck is perfect for watching the sun set over the waterway and our private pool. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level and large driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. Right in front of the Dolphin Street beach access, you are minutes from dining, shopping, and popular Topsail Beach attractions. The pool is not heated but is open through October, weather permitting.

This property requires as minimum age of 25 to book.

This property is pet friendly with a payment of pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool or on the furniture. No smoking is allowed in the house or outside. Fines will occur if these house rules are not followed or you may be asked to leave.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We are unable to offer early check ins or late check outs from May-September.
