Kids Bunk Room sleeps 4: sliding doors to oceanside covered porch, twin bed, twin over twin bunk bed with twin trundle, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, double closet.

Shared hallway bath: bathtub and shower, wide granite topped vanity, toilet.

Primary Bedroom Suite: sliding doors to oceanside covered porch, king bed, 2 dressers, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan. Ensuite Bath.

Primary Ensuite Bath: custom tile shower with infinity glass, wide granite topped vanity, toilet.

Laundry Room with washer and dryer

Open floor plan Great Room.

Living Room: vaulted ceiling, shiplap detailing, leather sectional sofa, side chairs, wall mounted smart TV, credenza, ceiling fan, sliding doors to ocean view porch.

Oceanview covered porch: Adirondack chairs and cocktail tables.

Kitchen: granite counters, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, stainless sink with pull spray faucet. Seating for 4 at counter.

Oceanview covered porch, plus sun deck: polywood rocking chairs.

Ocean View Family Guest Bedroom: vaulted ceiling, two queen beds, dresser, wall mounted smart TV.

Shared Access bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity with granite top, toilet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the cargo lift is for convenience only and is not rated for human transport. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed with restrictions: dog must be less than 75 pounds, must be over a year old. No more than 2 dogs allowed: your reservation includes one dog pet payment. Extra payment will be collected if you add a second dog. 



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
