The charming house, built in 1814 and renovated, which houses the Isabella and Julia vacation apartments, is located in a quiet area outside of Ginzling and serves as an ideal starting point for bike rides and hikes. Both apartments can also be rented as a vacation home. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the alpine meadows from one of the balconies at any time! In winter, you can take the free ski bus (the “Talaste” stop is 30 meters from the property) to the “Zillertal 3000” ski area in Mayrhofen, 8 km away. Round off a wonderful day of skiing, biking, or hiking in the rustic parlor with a cozy get-together and a glass or two of homemade schnapps. Upon request, you can also get farm-fresh products (eggs, milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, fruit brandy, etc.). A bread roll delivery service is also available upon request! In addition, a ski storage room with a boot dryer is at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and bed linens are provided in the apartment. Mayrhofen is just a ten-minute drive away, where you’ll find shops, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, mini-golf, a bowling alley, a movie theater, and much more.

Peace and relaxation: We’re situated in a secluded location in a beautiful, quiet setting. From the balconies, you can watch the cows grazing on the alpine meadows. You’ll also receive fresh, farm-fresh products from our own farm.

Hiking and Mountaineering: Our farm is nestled in the heart of a magnificent mountain landscape and serves as a starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours. You can do everything from leisurely walks and hikes to summiting peaks.

Action: The Zillertal is the most active valley in the world.
