☆ A short rental agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking for insurance purposes. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed.

☆ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

☆ Reservations of 28 nights or longer require additional screening, a security deposit, and a supplemental lease agreement.

☆ Pool heating is available for **$125/day** with at least **8 hours` notice** and must be reserved for **consecutive days**.

☆ The jacuzzi is heated **complimentary from 4:00 PM–10:00 PM daily.** The pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated simultaneously.

☆ **No pool fence or cover is installed.** All minors must be supervised around the pool and jacuzzi at all times.

☆ The ADU is **not equipped with air conditioning**, but the main home has central A/C. The ADU includes a wall heater for cooler evenings.

☆ Bed linens, extra towels, and pillows are located in the labeled hallway linen closet.

☆ The gray button on the railing behind the hot tub activates the jacuzzi.

☆ Baby equipment is not provided onsite but can be rented through our BabyQuip partner with a guest discount. Ask us for the link after booking.

☆ Please help protect the home`s plumbing by flushing only toilet paper.

☆ For neighborhood security, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and a backyard noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only (it does not record conversations). Motion-activated pool lighting is also installed for nighttime safety.

☆ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
