Since the pier had not yet been built, guests were brought ashore from steamships by fishing boats. Around the turn of the century, land along the beach promenade and in the coastal forest was made available for development. This led to the construction of the most beautiful villas along the Baltic Sea, including our Miramare Beach Villa. Businesspeople in the early 1900s already knew exactly where to build.

Our vacation home, the “Miramare” beach villa, is located right on (20 meters from) Boltenhagen’s most beautiful beach, set on a gorgeous and well-maintained garden property with wonderful trees, manicured shrubs, garden furniture, and shady hammocks.
In the basement, you’ll find our wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna, a modern infrared cabin, and an inviting relaxation area.

The bedroom features a free white noise machine with ocean sounds, a large double bed with built-in storage cabinets, and a large closet. The cozy living room, furnished with a high-quality fold-out sleeper sofa (built-in mattress with slatted frame), satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small compact stereo system, will make you feel right at home. A large, fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area quickly sets the right vacation mood. Additionally, your apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a small entryway with a built-in closet.
