Cozy 1-bedroom condo in beautiful downtown Lawrence

Parking is metered Mon-Sat 9-6. We always recommend trying to park on the street behind New Hampshire, as there are no meters; there are meter-free areas all over, so it just depends on how much walking you’d like to do.
PATIO AND HOT TUB RULES
1) No guests on the patio from Midnight until 8 am
2) No noise on patio for ANYONE after 11 pm
3) Every time you use the HOT TUB, you must shower first and remove all
body lotions, hair gels, etc. This is so the water stays clean in the Hot Tub.
4) No FOOD OR DRINK within 15ft of the hot tub
5) Every TIME you get out of the hot tub, and you are the last one out, shut the hot tub
tub cover and LATCH it down (If you leave it unlatched, it can blow open)
6) Every time you turn on the fireplace, turn it off when leaving the patio
7) Every time you use the BBQ grill,l turn it off when you are done
8) Keep all trash picked up and in the trash can (Trash is not emptied on the weekends, so if it gets full, please empty it and put in a new trash bag so we do not have trash all over the patio. We will leave an extra trash bag below the bag you pull out
9) If any of these rules are broken, we will review the cameras to see what loft you are from, and fines will be imposed on those owners. If you are a renter or Airbnb, those owners may fine you directly!!
10) No SMOKING and NO VAPING on the premises (patio, balconies). You must exit the building down on New Hampshire and walk away from the building to SMOKE or VAPE (NO EXCEPTIONS). Properly dispose of the Cigarette butts.
