Enjoy a wonderful vacation by the lake in the stylish Apartment 1B at Haus am See!

You can access the 60-square-meter apartment through its own front door at the front of the house. Past the entryway, you’ll enter the modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A comprehensive selection of kitchenware allows you to cook and bake even more elaborate dishes. The large glass dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals.
In the adjoining hallway with a closet, you’ll find a large mirror and cleaning supplies. From there, you enter the living room, from which the bathroom and bedroom branch off.
In the comfortable bedroom with a window, you’ll find plenty of space for clothes and personal items in the large, multi-door closet and in the drawers under the bed—even for longer stays. The cozy double bed offers a sleeping area of 180 × 200 cm.

The small shower room features a shower with a fixed glass enclosure, a towel warmer, 2 electrical outlets, an illuminated mirror cabinet, and a vanity cabinet with a hair dryer.
In the living room, you can enjoy not only cozy evenings but also spend the night on the pull-out L-shaped sleeper sofa. A 40" LED TV, stereo system, books, and Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment as needed.

The adjoining, furnished sunroom offers space for time with friends and family. Curtains leading to the patio and on the sunroom roof protect against excessive sunlight and ensure privacy.
On the lake-view patio, a charcoal grill and a comprehensive selection of high-quality furniture are at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the wonderfully sunny south-facing location and the exclusive view of the inland lake.

Want to paddle out onto the lake from the terrace on a SUP? No problem here: Just 5 meters of lawn separate you from a relaxing paddle on your board!

Accessibility information: There is one step at the entrance to the apartment and another between the hallway and the living room.

All of our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. We ask that you keep the conservatory door closed while doing so.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Feel free to ask us about alternatives.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Inquiry” feature. Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.

This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south for plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private entrances at the rear of the building.

The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.

Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.

The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
