Unique waterfront cottage property located in the remote fishing village of Fortescue, NJ.
Cast a line right off the deck and relax the day away on the Bay ~ One of New Jersey's hidden gems.
25 minutes away from NJ Motorsports Park, Millville Arts District, & Wheaton Village. 1 hour from most major southern shore points like Atlantic City, Wildwood, & Cape May!
Fishing, Boating, Bird Watching, Biking, Hiking, Crabbing, Sea Glass Hunting, and more! The area boasts GORGEOUS NJ sunsets.
The space
Unique, cozy fishing home/cottage located right on the water with a waterfront deck where you can fish, crab, or just relax the day away enjoying your view of Delaware Bay.
→ This home is located in a remote, quiet fishing village.

* Special Note:
During daytime hours in June & July, greenhead flies are a pest around the waterfront areas of Fortescue. If you plan on bringing children, please note that they may have a hard time being outside in the daytime during these months. Bugs are less of an issue starting mid-late August. &
RECYCLING is necessary here: Cans, plastic bottles, and glass.

Wildlife protection area spreads out over 1,300 acres. A great spot for bird watching, fishing, crabbing, bike riding, walking, hiking, & other outdoor activities.
• Home is a duplex-type home. The layout is two separate units connected in the front by a breezeway. The front deck is shared with home next door.

Closest grocery store is located in
Millville, NJ which is about 20 minutes away.
Bring all necessary food items. There is one local pizza place that offers delivery to the home and local dining is limited. Lots of dining options in Millville and Vineland, about a 20-minute drive from the home.

Other things to note
This home is surrounded by water. Never leave children unattended at any time outside on the waterfront deck or near the bay. Do not allow anyone to hang on, sit on, dive from, or climb over deck railings.
# Absolutely no running, jumping, or
horseplay of any kind on decks.
* Greenhead flies are a pest around the waterfront areas of Fortescue from mid-June thru late July. I recommend bringing bug spray.
Small children will have a hard time being outside in daylight hours during the greenhead season.
