Modern apartment (40 m²) with a private terrace in the Mediterranean garden

The 40-square-meter apartment, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rain shower, offers plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. The private terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, have a barbecue in the evening, or relax under palm trees and oleanders. Our apartment is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, whether you’re traveling for business or just want to relax. This is a non-smoking apartment. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, milk frother, and toaster. Of course, upon arrival, you’ll receive a basic supply of salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil, Nespresso capsules, coffee creamer, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, parchment paper, and dish towels, so you won’t have to start your stay with a shopping marathon. Additional features of the apartment include a double bed with two single mattresses, an extra sleeper sofa, an Amazon TV Stick + Samsung TV, underfloor heating, a private terrace, and free Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linens are, of course, included in the price. To protect our inventory, a security deposit of 150 EUR is required upon arrival, payable in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Payment is made on-site in cash. A 40% advance payment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. A small regional welcome gift will be waiting for you upon arrival. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, a bread roll delivery service can be arranged on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to availability.
