Villa 'Paraíso Azul' con vistas al mar, Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado

Villa Paraíso Azul ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar y al castillo de Salobreña.



La construcción combina estilos andaluz en el exterior e interior, ibicenco en las columnas exteriores y mallorquín en la chimenea. Es una de las pocas casas que aún conserva su esencia andaluza en la zona, con detalles de azulejos estilo nazarí en uno de los baños y en las escaleras de acceso.



La villa se encuentra en una parcela de 900 m² y la vivienda, de 140 m² en una sola planta, consta de salón-comedor, tres dormitorios, todos con vistas al mar, con capacidad para seis personas y dos baños completos. Dispone de aire acondicionado y bomba de calor en todas las habitaciones y en el salón. La casa está totalmente equipada, ya que sus propietarios la utilizan en diferentes temporadas. Los propietarios y sus hijos le darán la bienvenida, ya que residen en Motril.



Entre los servicios adicionales se incluyen WiFi de alta velocidad, espacio de trabajo, televisión por satélite y Chromecast para conectar dispositivos móviles y tabletas, equipo de música y reproductor de DVD.



También se ofrece cuna y trona para los huéspedes.



La zona exterior privada, con abundante vegetación, árboles frutales, palmeras y plantas aromáticas, cuenta con piscina desbordante con vistas al mar de 8 x 4,5 m, jardines, terrazas, porche, barbacoa y ducha exterior.



La propiedad dispone de una plaza de garaje cubierta, zona de aparcamiento para motos y bicicletas, y aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.



No se permiten mascotas, fumar ni celebrar eventos.



El establecimiento fomenta la separación de residuos y pone contenedores a disposición de los huéspedes. Cuenta con características de ahorro de luz y agua, y se han utilizado materiales sostenibles en el aislamiento. Además, la propiedad dispone de suministro de agua adicional mediante dos tanques de 1.000 litros cada uno.

The owners (Inma and Antonio) are really friendly and hospital, and were helpful from when we made the first enquiry, right up to waving us off at the end of our holiday. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful holiday here, in what is a lovely part of Spain. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The house is very nice and with a strong personal touch, it's surrounded by an orchard with olives, lemons and oranges and a beatiful garden with huge palmtrees and flowers everywhere. It makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We spent a lot of time in the Mountains of Sierra Nevada end Tejeda and in the outstanding villages far up the hillsides, lots of good trekking to do. Pros: Our family loved our stay at Villa Paraiso Azul. The view is amazing - overlooking the Mediterranean and the beach of Salobrena. We truly felt on vacation and thanks to gorgeous weather, we ate every meal on the beautiful terrasse while the kids enjoyed the pool. The owners, Antonio and Imna were welcoming and very helpful. The house is comfortable with great amenities. It is located at the end of a quiet road and features lovely fruit trees. A plus is that we could not see the neighbors. I have already recommended the house to friends interested in visiting the South of Spain and we hope to be back - the sooner, the better!

It's really a little bit of paradise

The view and garden are super nice and peaceful . The owners are very helpful. The house is very clean and you will find everything you need, just need to bring your toiletries. The one thing that we were disappointed was the pool not being heated as advertised. We stayed in December and the "heated pool" was the mayor reason why we chose this place. They use a cover for the pool that kept it less cold but not heated. This place I'm sure is better in the summer.

We were met by Antonio and Inma (the lovely owners) who spent time to show us around all the facilities of this very well equipped house. There were extra blankets if it was chilly, heaters we could use if needed and a complementary bottle of wine. The garden and pool areas are lovely, a good dining table outside and various occasional tables and chairs which we used as the weather was good. The view is amazing and when it got chilly could still be seen from the lounge seated in 2 very comfy swivel chairs. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Thank you Antonio and Inma.

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. We were expecting the pool to be heated, but this was our error. Perhaps something lost in translation on the website? It was too cold to swim but the gardens are out of this world. The area was great. Antonio gave us some restaurant recommendations which we followed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was very much higher than the run of the mill villa standard xx

El chalet está situado en un lugar muy bonito, con unas espectaculares vistas al mar y al castillo d

Pros: El chalet está situado en un lugar muy bonito, con unas espectaculares vistas al mar y al castillo de Salobreña (de noche está iluminado) , la privacidad es absoluta y desde el chalet se ve un increíble amanecer , parecen postales. El chalet está rodeado de mucha vegetación, con grandes palmeras que dejan mucha sombra y varios árboles frutales. Igualmente está bien comunicado. En 5 minutos estas en Salobreña, y en 10 en Motril, con restaurantes de distinto precio y nivel. Sobresaliente la simpatía y amabilidad de los propietario, hasta nos dejaron su teléfono para cualquiera necesidad. Se ve que viven allí por temporadas, porqué todo el chalet estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio ( con sabanas y toallas limpias ) , la cocina estaba muy equipada , disponíamos de bombas de calor en toda la casa . Durante la estancia no tuvimos que pensar en nada, porque hay un jardinero que viene a arreglar el jardín del chalet y un cuidador de la piscina para su limpieza. Al final tuvimos solo que pensar en relajarnos y aprovechar el sitio. Recomendado para vacaciones de invierno más largas.

Geniale Aussicht, fantastisch

Pros: Viele Sitzplätze, traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer und Salobreña, sehr nette Vermieter, liebevolle Ausstattung innen und außen mit vielen Blumen, für uns im Februar nicht wichtig.. Klimaanlagen, fast uneinsehbares Grundstück Cons: Für Warmwasser musste der Elektrobeuler Stunden vorher gestartet werden. Auto notwendig , da Restaurants und Einkaufen weiter weg.

Super Ferienhaus, genialer Ausblick - nette Gastgeber. Auch im November ist die Costa Tropical eine Reise wert - Temperaturen oberhalb von 20 °C ließen auch eine Nutzung des Pools zu. Der liebevoll gepflegte Außenbereich des Ferienhauses mit "tropischen" Pflanzen war eine grüne Oase.

Heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek en ontzettend aardige verhuurders!

Pros: Het huis ligt erg centraal, zowel Granada als Malaga zijn binnen een uur te bereiken. Cons: Voor een echte strandvakantie is de locatie iets minder geschikt, wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een locatie die een stukje van de echte toeristencentra lag.
