Guests will have full private access to the entire property during their stay, including:

You won’t be sharing the home with anyone else — the space is 100% yours to enjoy.
Bathroom Rules: Please do not flush anything in the toilet, including toilet paper, to prevent clogging.

Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
No parties or events

You can request for early check-in or late check out (depending on availability)
Early check in 2:30pm for free, 12nn for $100 extra
Late check out 10:30am for free, 12nn for $100 extra

We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days):

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Laundry detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels

Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.

For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for covering any utility charges that exceed the standard monthly allowance.
